Dhivya Balasubramanian is a cybersecurity leader with nearly 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and organizational leadership. She leads IAM initiatives at Southwest Airlines, helping scale identity programs while balancing security, agility, and trust. Known for translating complex technical challenges into practical solutions, Dhivya specializes in identity architecture, operating models, and workforce development. She is an active speaker and mentor dedicated to advancing cybersecurity education and preparing the next generation of professionals.
Raven Wilson - Associate Cybersecurity Engineer at Southwest Airlines
Raven Wilson, M.S., is an engineer, scholar, and career changer with 15 years of experience spanning communications, technology, aviation, and cybersecurity. As an engineer at Southwest Airlines, she develops Identity & Access Management solutions and collaborates with cross-functional teams to strengthen enterprise security. Passionate about making cybersecurity accessible to all, Raven combines technical expertise with an engaging, approachable style. She has presented to audiences ranging from elementary students to industry professionals, inspiring the next generation of cybersecurity leaders.

David 'D.J.' Wang - High School Senior at University of Illinois Laboratory High School
D.J. Wang is a high school senior, cybersecurity competitor, and technology advocate with a passion for expanding opportunities for young people in cybersecurity. He has earned the CompTIA Security+ certification, represented Illinois in the FBI National Academy Associates Youth Leadership Program, and competed in nationally recognized cybersecurity competitions, including MITRE's Embedded Capture the Flag. As the founder of GoldenGuard, an AI-powered scam prevention initiative, and the creator of the first high school division of UIUCTF, D.J. is committed to making cybersecurity education more accessible while inspiring the next generation of cyber professionals. Beyond cybersecurity, D.J. is a pianist, a content creator, and an NPR From the Top’s 2025-26 fellow.
