We are finalizing arrangements with our conference hotel and look forward to sharing the details in the coming weeks.

Estimated guest room rate: Approximately $160 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees.

Once reservations open, a booking button and reservation details will be posted here. The conference room block is expected to be available through November 17, 2026, or until the block sells out, whichever occurs first.

The discounted conference rate will be available for stays Friday, December 4, through Wednesday, December 9, 2026, subject to hotel availability.

Surface Lots (2-3 blocks away) = $15 - $20 per day
