CONFERENCE REGISTRATION RATES:
GENERAL ATTENDEES
Early Bird Registration - $400 (September 9 through October 10, 2025)
Regular Registration - $450 (October 11 through November 25, 2025)
Late Registration - $495 (November 26 through December 5, 2025 while space is available)
On-Site Registration - $525 (December 7 through December 9, 2025)
REGISTRATION INCLUDES BREAKFAST AND LUNCH ON DECEMBER 9-10, 2024
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE ATTENDEES
Meals must be purchased separately at $50 per day.

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
Pre-conference workshops will take place on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at the conference hotel, the Sheraton Music City. There will be two sessions: 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm and 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm. Workshop titles, times, and descriptions are available the conference agenda and the conference registration form.
Pre-conference Workshops - $90 per 90 Minute Workshop (registration open from September 9 through December 3, 2025 or until seats sell out. Maximum capacity for each session is 50 people)
(Workshop registration may be added to existing registrations by following the instructions in your registration confirmation email)
PRESENTER REGISTRATION
Official conference presenters will be sent an email from the organizers containing the presenter registration URL/discount code. All presenters are required to register for the event at the listed rates unless discussed/approved by the conference organizers.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Conference cancellations must be received in writing via email. Cancellations before October 15, 2025, are eligible for refund less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations that occur between October 15, 2025, and November 1, 2025, are eligible for a 50% refund of registration fees. No refunds will be granted after November 1, 2025. Substitutions will not be permitted.
