This year, exhibitors have the benefit of enhanced marketing, networking, and lead generation through the incorporation of the Whova event management app. Whova, available on iOS, Android, and desktop, allows exhibitors to create and manage their own organization info page with logo, description and website link. Exhibitors can easily collect attendee leads through the app’s QR code scanning system with no added cost of scanning equipment. Scanned data is downloadable to CRM systems. Exhibitors can engage attendees online by posting coupons, giveaways and contests in the conference’s Whova discussion boards. Exhibitors can set up one-on-one meetings with interested attendees through the app as well.

Exhibitor Fees:

  • BEFORE 9/1/2019 - $1495 per table for 2 day conference (must have signed contract by deadline) 

  • AFTER 9/1/2019 - $1995 per table for 2 day conference

  • Non-profit - $750 per table for 2 day conference

Exhibit includes:  

  • 6 foot table and identification sign

  • Create & edit personalized organization info page with logo, description, web link, social media links via the Whova app

  • Conference admission for 2 personnel including access to all sessions and events

  • Meals and snacks provided

  • Wireless connectivity (wifi)

Tuesday, December 10 from 8am-4:00pm - Exhibitor Hall Open; 4:00-5:00pm - Exhibitor Move Out

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • This is a tabletop event and all exhibits are limited to a 6 foot table. 

  • No large backdrops will be permitted an all pop-up signs and banners must fit behind the 6 foot table and not to the side of the exhibitor table due to space restrictions. 

  • Exhibitor table assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis, based on receipt of signed contract and payment.

  • Although exhibitors are not required to man tables constantly, tables should be kept open until  4:00pm on the final event day.

  • ExhiExhibit shipping/receiving facilitation, logistics, and all costs incurred shall be the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor. 

    ****NOTE: Special arrangements must be made for receiving any equipment, goods, displays or other materials, which will be sent, delivered or brought into the Hotel. Failure to do so this may result in deliveries being refused or materials being unavailable when required.****
