Exhibitor Hours:

Monday, December 3: Exhibitor hall open from 7am-6pm. 

Tuesday, December 4: Exhibitor hall open from 7am-4pm. 

Exhibitors Fee

  • BEFORE 9/1/2018 - $1495 per table for 2 day conference (must have signed contract by deadline)

  • AFTER 9/1/2018 - $1995 per table for 2 day conference

  • Non-profit - $750 per table for 2 day conference

Includes: 

  • 6 foot table and identification sign

  • Conference admission for 2 personnel including access to all sessions and events

  • Meals and snacks provided

  • Wireless connectivity (wifi)

  • Printed logo on passport raffle card encouraging attendees to visit booths to enter prize drawing

PLEASE NOTE

This is a tabletop event and all exhibits are limited to a 6 ft. table. No large backdrops will be permitted due to space restrictions.
